Booking Terms and Conditions

COVID 19 RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Parents must follow ALL of Zuko Sports COVID 19 procedure and guidelines for any clubs, camps, sessions or parties that Zuko Sports deliver 2. Zuko Sports will sometimes need time to clean equipment before, between and after sessions so please be patient. 3. Only 1 parent to pick up/drop off or stay (Kiddi Kickz sessions)  at any one time. 4. Some of our venues require masks to be worn around the venue so please abide by these rules. 5. Some of our venues need the coaches, parents and children to leave the building immediately after the session due to other bookings requiring the facility 6. Please social distance if outside waiting to pick up children. 7. If any child, parent or sibling develops any symptoms at HOME please do not bring them to the session and call us immediately. 8. If a child develops symptoms whilst IN the session/camp/club the will have to be isolated from the other children immediately and a parent will contacted to pick them up. On this occasion parents are advised to get them tested straight away. 

HOLIDAY CAMPS AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

1. Spaces in each age group are limited meaning bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. 2. Receipt of the booking form does not guarantee a place on the course for your child. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted. 3. All course fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable 4. All Zuko Sports coaches are approved and DBS checked. 5. Zuko Sports do not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects. 6. Zuko Sports will take responsibility of your child ten minutes prior to the commencement of the course. Please ensure that each participant is personally checked in and out with a Zuko Sports member of staff unless prior written permission has been received by Zuko Sports from the parent/guardian. 7. Zuko Sports reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In such an event, either a refund will be given or an alternative session will be offered in lieu. 8. Zuko Sports reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate. 9 On occasions, Zuko Sports or their representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only. 10. The details provided on this booking form will be held on file for Zuko Sports administration purposes only. 11. Before each camp/club, our coaches will explain all of the safety measures put in place. If a child does not follow our Covid19 safety measures then Zuko Sports have a right to exclude them from the camp/club

*COVID19 UPDATE FOR HOLIDAY CAMPS*

As of Monday 27th July 2020 we will be offering our Holiday Camps as normal at Northern Parade School and Oakfield Primary School. However we will have in place new safety measures following all of the government guidelines. We ask you to please respect all of our guidelines at all times. If you would like to know more about the safety measures we have put in place then please do not hesitate to contact us at info@zukosports.co.uk. We are going to have a strict maximum total of 25 children per day on each camp, this will allow us to deliver the camps in a safe environment with good social distancing measures. All equipment will be cleaned thoroughly and consistently by our coaches. Zuko Sports will follow the Zuko Sports Corona virus Table which can be found in our Holiday Camps section to determine which route Zuko Sports will need to take if COVID 19 symptoms are developed by anyone on our camps.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

1. Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. 2. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted. 3. All Party Bookings must be paid in advance at least 1 week before the party. 4.All Zuko Sports coaches are approved and DBS checked. 5. Zuko Sports does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to property or effects. 6. Zuko Sports will take responsibility of your party 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the start time arranged. Please ensure that each party friend is personally checked in and out with a Zuko Sports member of staff unless prior written permission has been received by Zuko Sports from the parent/guardian. 7. Zuko Sports reserve the right to cancel or postpone a party for any reason. In such an event, either a refund will be given or an alternative party date will be offered in lieu. 8. Zuko Sports reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate. 9. On occasions, Zuko Sports or their representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only. 10. The details provided for this booking form will be held on file for Zuko Sports administrations purposes only.

KIDDI KICKZ SESSIONS

1. Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. 2. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted. 3. All Kiddi Kickz Bookings must be paid before each session. 4.All Zuko Sports coaches are approved and DBS checked. 5. Zuko Sports does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to property or effects. 6. One parent/carer must stay with their child for the duration of the session. 7. Zuko Sports reserve the right to cancel or postpone a session for any reason. In such an event, either a refund will be given or an alternative session date will be offered in lieu. 8. Zuko Sports reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate. 9. On occasions, Zuko Sports or their representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only. 10. The details provided for this booking form will be held on file for Zuko Sports administrations purposes only. 11. Due to paying in advance for the venue we will not be able to offer any refunds for classes that have been missed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

  •  For any of our camps, clubs, parties or sessions you can pay by either CASH, CHEQUE or BANK TRANSFER

CHANGES

  • We may change any of the Terms at any time with immediate effect. The new terms will be effective immediately and apply to any continued or new use of our website. We may change the Website, the Service, or any features of the Service at any time.

CHANGES TO EXISITING BOOKINGS

  •  All changes made to existing bookings will be charged at the applicable rate.

CANCELLING A BOOKING BY A CUSTOMER

  •  For cancellation of a booking, Zuko Sports will require 48 hours’ notice prior to the activity start date.
  •  As from Saturday 31st October 2020 we will be operating a NO REFUNDS policy, customers who cancel their booking before the 48 hours’ notice period will receive a full credit note and will be valid for 12 months from the date of the issue. No credit notes will be issued for activities which are cancelled within the 48 hours’ notice prior to the activity start date.
LATE COLLECTION OF CHILD/REN
  •  We understand things happen, therefore if you are running late to collect your child/ren please let us know at the earliest opportunity. Your safety is paramount to us to, we will never leave a child alone so please do not panic or rush, we want you to arrive safely.
  • In the event of a child/ren persistently not being collected on time, i.e. more than two occasions in a 7 day period, we reserve the right to charge a late fee. The fee will be charged at £10+VAT for every 30 minutes
CONCERNS, COMPLIMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
