Northern Parade After School Clubs Booking Form

Please be aware as from Monday 9th October 2023 all of our clubs at KA Northern Parade school will be a strict pick up only arrangement. Siblings collecting must be 16 years or above.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
We are currently working on a ‘Booking Confirmation’ system but at this current stage you will not receive an electronic confirmation. When we receive your booking form from above we will only contact you if your place has been unsuccessful. If you do not hear from us then your child has been successful and will be booked onto our club registers. If you would like to have a confirmation by text you can text us at 07546495587 (please be aware we will be teaching throughout the day)
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB INFORMATION
We are really pleased to be back delivering our After School Clubs. We WILL be following Government and School guidelines to allow the clubs to run smoothly and safely. This will mean we have assigned specific year group clubs so children from different year groups will not mix. We will have a maximum capacity of 20 children per club and we will try and stay outside as much as we can unless the weather does not allow this to happen. Bookings for clubs will be on a first come first serve basis so once the limit of 15 is reached we will not be taking anymore bookings. If a place was to become available we will put it out onto our social media but again will be on a first come first serve basis for this place.
MEETING POINT FOR CHILDREN AFTER SCHOOL: DANCE STUDIO IN INFANT SCHOOL & GYM HALL FOR THE JUNIORS
WHAT TO BRING: PE KIT or APPROPRIATE SPORTS KIT, RAIN JACKET, TRAINERS, STILL DRINK

PUPIL PREMIUM CHILDREN- SCHOOL LETTER INVITATION
If your child has been selected by the school for Pupil Premium funding (which you would get a form sent home from school) you can either use our online booking form above and select the pupil premium booking or you will need to return the paper form back to us by either dropping it into the school office or giving it to one of our coaches before your child starts the club
