Inspiring Children Through Sports

At Zuko Sports, we believe that sport is about more than simply being active. It is an opportunity for children to build confidence, develop new skills, learn how to work as part of a team and enjoy being active.

We provide professional sports coaching and physical activity programmes for children across Portsmouth, Southampton and Hampshire. Our experienced coaches work with schools, nurseries, colleges, clubs and families to deliver engaging sessions that are suitable for different ages, abilities and interests.

From curriculum PE and lunchtime activities to after-school clubs, holiday camps, birthday parties and individual coaching, our goal is simple: to inspire, develop and help children achieve through sport.

What We do

OUR CHILDREN SPORTS & ACTIVITIES

School PE & Sports Coaching

We support schools with professional PE lessons and sports coaching designed around the needs of each school and its pupils. Our sessions are engaging, age-appropriate and designed to encourage participation, skill development and confidence.

After-School Clubs

Keep children active after the school day with fun and engaging clubs including football, dodgeball, multi-sports, dance, gymnastics, LEGO and other activities. The existing after-school offering already lists football, dodgeball, multi-sports, dance, gymnastics and LEGO, so these are safe to build around.

Holiday Camps

Our school holiday camps give children the opportunity to stay active, make friends and enjoy a variety of sports and activities during the school holidays. Camps are available around the Portsmouth and Southampton areas. The current holiday-camp page says the camps cater for children aged 5–15 and offer activities during school breaks.

Birthday Parties

Make your child's next birthday active and memorable with a choice of football, multi-sports, dodgeball and other exciting activities delivered by experienced coaches. The current party page confirms the Wildern Leisure Centre venue and its football, LEGO, multi-sports and dodgeball packages.

1-to-1 Sports Coaching

Give your child focused support with personalised one-to-one sports coaching. Sessions can be tailored around individual goals, whether developing technique, improving confidence or working towards specific sporting milestones.
